HOW DO I PAIR MY POWER BANK DO MY SMART PHONE?

WHEN WILL THE ANDROID VERSION OF THE APP BE FINISHED?

REPLY: We don't have a release date yet. 

WHAT CAN THE POWER BANK POWER?

REPLY: Anything within the voltage/amperage specifications.

WHY IS THE POWER BUTTON BLINKING PURPLE?

REPLY: Blinking will happen when trying to power something with too high of a power/charging load.  To prevent damage, refer to the specifications. 

WHY DOES THE APP KEEP SHUTTING DOWN WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT IT TO THE POWER BANK?

REPLY: This may be caused by a number of reasons.  A few reasons include: Too many apps are running, Bluetooth interference, too many Bluetooth devices are connected to your phone.  If this continues to happen, reinstall the app and pair the device again.
